Follow these steps to download, run the Support Tool, and verify your system states:
Step 1: Download the Support Tool
Download Support Tool:
Visit the link: Support Tool.exe
Download the
Support Tool.exe
file to your computer.
Step 2: Run the Support Tool
Run the File as Administrator:
Locate the downloaded
Support Tool.exe
file.Right-click the file and select "Run as administrator."
Step 3: Verify System States
Check the Output:
Ensure that the tool displays the following states:
Virtualization State: Enabled (NEEDS TO BE ON)
Hyper-V State: Enabled (NEEDS TO BE ON)
Secure Boot State: Disabled (NEEDS TO BE DISABLED)
Tamper Protection State: Disabled (NEEDS TO BE DISABLED)
Real Time Protection State: Disabled (NEEDS TO BE DISABLED)
Core Isolation State: Disabled (NEEDS TO BE DISABLED)
Check for Conflicting Services:
Ensure the tool reports: "Checking services... No conflicting services found running!"
If any conflicting services are found, locate and remove them.
Check for Conflicting Software:
Ensure the tool reports: "Checking folders... No conflicting software found."
If any conflicting software is found, locate and remove it.
Step 5: Restart and Re-run the Tool
Restart Your Computer:
Restart your PC to apply any changes.
Re-run the Support Tool:
Run
SUPPORT_TOOL.exe
again as an administrator to verify the system states.
By following these steps, you should ensure that all required states are correctly set and any conflicting services or software are removed.
