Follow these steps to download, run the Support Tool, and verify your system states:

Step 1: Download the Support Tool

  1. Download Support Tool:

    • Visit the link: Support Tool.exe

    • Download the Support Tool.exe file to your computer.

Step 2: Run the Support Tool

  1. Run the File as Administrator:

    • Locate the downloaded Support Tool.exe file.

    • Right-click the file and select "Run as administrator."

Step 3: Verify System States

  1. Check the Output:

    • Ensure that the tool displays the following states:

      • Virtualization State: Enabled (NEEDS TO BE ON)

      • Hyper-V State: Enabled (NEEDS TO BE ON)

      • Secure Boot State: Disabled (NEEDS TO BE DISABLED)

      • Tamper Protection State: Disabled (NEEDS TO BE DISABLED)

      • Real Time Protection State: Disabled (NEEDS TO BE DISABLED)

      • Core Isolation State: Disabled (NEEDS TO BE DISABLED)

  2. Check for Conflicting Services:

    • Ensure the tool reports: "Checking services... No conflicting services found running!"

    • If any conflicting services are found, locate and remove them.

  3. Check for Conflicting Software:

    • Ensure the tool reports: "Checking folders... No conflicting software found."

    • If any conflicting software is found, locate and remove it.

Step 5: Restart and Re-run the Tool

  1. Restart Your Computer:

    • Restart your PC to apply any changes.

  2. Re-run the Support Tool:

    • Run SUPPORT_TOOL.exe again as an administrator to verify the system states.
